Lynley Weeber – Senior Account Manager

Lynley Weeber joined Avon Insurance Brokers in 2002, bringing with her nearly 20 years experience in fire and general insurance services. A Senior Associate of the Insurance Institute, Lynley has also worked at NZI and State Insurance where she gained vast experience in all areas of Insurance.

What Lynley enjoys most about her work is "building relationships with our clients to better understand their business insurance needs and to ensure that they have the appropriate cover.” She also works hard to maintain relationships with insurers to ensure her clients get the best pricing and policy cover.

Lynley maintains her status as Qualified Insurance Broker and Continued Practicing Insurance Broker mixing with other Brokers and Insurance Professionals and keeping up-to-date with legal and industry changes. Lynley also belongs to several business networking groups including BNI and Venus Club where she enjoys assisting other businesses to grow.

In her spare time, Lynley is an active gym member and spends several hours a month working with a charity organisation.
